CSI recently performed construction oversight & contract administration services for a large-scale exterior restoration project. We worked closely with the hired contractor to ensure a high level of quality and excellence in workmanship. Work included repairs and improvements to exterior finishes, exterior painting, and waterproofing.
Turtle Dunes Condominiums
We perform daily forensic investigations, diagnostics, and testing to correctly identify and resolve ongoing problems with the building and structure. We also prepare appropriate repair details and specifications to accurately address the issues the client is faced with, and coordinate the necessary repair efforts on their behalf.
User-Friendly Reserve Studies
Reserve studies, also called “capital reserve studies,” break down each common element at a condominium or homeowners association typically for items valued over $10,000. The quality of reserve studies greatly depends on the accuracy of the information and how user friendly the report is to condo or HOA board members.
