Our Commitment

Construction Solutions, Inc. ("CSI") is committed to ensuring that csidesign.com is accessible to all visitors, including people with disabilities and those who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice-input software, and keyboard-only navigation. We believe everyone should be able to learn about our structural engineering, building forensics, and inspection services without barriers.

Conformance Standard

We are working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. WCAG 2.1 Level AA is an internationally recognized standard and the benchmark commonly applied to web accessibility obligations under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We review the site periodically and address issues as they are identified.

Measures We Have Taken

Steps in place to support accessibility on this website include:

• A "Skip to main content" link so keyboard and screen reader users can bypass the navigation on every page.
• Descriptive text alternatives on images and informative iframes.
• Visible keyboard focus indicators on links, buttons, and form fields.
• Semantic HTML headings, landmarks, and labeled form controls.
• Accessible names on icon links, including our social media links.
• Keyboard support and focus management for interactive components such as the building evaluation form.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some areas of the site may not yet be fully accessible. We are aware of, and continuing to improve, the following:

• The interactive 3D Building Explorer on the homepage is a visual enhancement. An equivalent set of labeled, keyboard-accessible zone buttons is provided as an accessible alternative, and the explanatory text describes each building system.
• Some embedded third-party content (for example, video players and form widgets) is governed by the accessibility of the provider and is partly outside our direct control.
• Our downloadable board communication guide (PDF) is not yet fully tagged for screen readers. We are remediating it, and in the meantime we are glad to provide its content in an accessible format on request.

If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please tell us using the contact details below. We treat accessibility reports as a priority.

What We Do Not Use

This website does not use an automated accessibility overlay or widget. We address accessibility directly in the site's code rather than relying on a third-party overlay.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. We continue to test the site, train our team, and prioritize fixes so that csidesign.com remains usable for the widest possible audience. This statement will be updated as the site is reviewed and improved.
