About Construction Solutions
Over three decades of engineering excellence, protecting property investments across the Southeast.
Engineering Confidence Since 1995
For over thirty years, Construction Solutions, Inc. (CSI) has delivered specialized engineering and construction project management services to commercial, institutional, and high-end residential clients throughout Florida and the Southeastern United States.
With a legacy spanning over three decades, we have earned the trust of thousands of property owners, developers, and community associations through a consistent focus on integrity, technical proficiency, and results-oriented execution.
Our multidisciplinary team of licensed Professional Engineers, General Contractors, project managers, and field technicians possesses the expertise necessary to identify and address a wide range of building envelope and structural concerns.
The Dual Perspective: Engineering Meets Management
Most engineering firms evaluate buildings. Most construction managers oversee projects. CSI does both - and that changes everything.
Our team includes licensed Professional Engineers who design solutions and licensed General Contractors who understand what it takes to build them. We also hold Community Association Manager (CAM) licenses, giving us firsthand insight into the operational realities boards and property managers face every day.
This combination means we don't just hand you a report and walk away. We translate complex engineering findings into actionable plans, manage competitive contractor bidding, oversee construction quality, and advocate for your interests from start to finish.
Built for Florida's Toughest Environments
Headquartered on Amelia Island, CSI understands the unique structural challenges of Florida's salt-air coastal environment - from chloride-driven corrosion and wind-driven rain intrusion to hurricane impact damage and post-storm forensic evaluations.
We routinely support building owners, property managers, condominium and homeowner associations, legal professionals, and design consultants by diagnosing existing deficiencies and facilitating the successful execution of corrective work. Our field experience spans thousands of structures across the state's most demanding coastal corridors.
CSI's role extends beyond evaluation. We coordinate critical project activities including specification development, contractor bidding and selection, compliance review, construction oversight, and final inspections - delivering reliable and defensible solutions that protect property value and reduce risk.
Navigating Florida's Complex Compliance Landscape
Florida's building safety regulations changed dramatically after the Champlain Towers South tragedy. SB 4-D, Structural Integrity Reserve Studies (SIRS), milestone inspection mandates, and evolving reserve funding requirements have created a regulatory environment that many associations find overwhelming.
CSI helps boards cut through the complexity. We understand the deadlines, the engineering standards, and the financial implications - and we guide our clients through every step, from Phase 1 visual assessments through Phase 2 testing and long-term capital planning.
Over 1,000 completed projects, an A+ BBB rating, 5-star client reviews, and recognition including the 2015 Business Leader of the Year award reflect the trust our clients place in CSI's ability to deliver.

We See What Others Miss
CSI's building envelope evaluations don't stop at identifying damage. We model the wall assembly to determine exactly how water is entering the building system and recommend targeted, cost-effective repairs.
- 3D wall section modeling of existing conditions
- Animated water path analysis through envelope layers
- Flashing integration assessment at transitions
- WRB continuity and lap-sequence verification
- Repair detail development for contractor scope
